Julia Allison, LMHC, CHt is caring, friendly and easy to talk to. She is the only hypnotherapist in Florida who offers Neuro-Muscular Response. Her commitment is to make emotional healing and behavioral change as fun and easy as possible.

Julia began using self-hypnosis more than twenty-five years ago. By 1987 she was leading hypnosis groups and guiding individuals in past life regressions. She founded the Center for Transformational Hypnosis in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1994. She was then inspired to earn a masters degree and become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Julia takes the time to get to know her clients and individualize their sessions for optimal results. She approaches therapy holistically, taking into consideration mind, body and spirit. She also offers Rebirthing, Sound Healing, and other modalities as supporting therapies.
